We will try our absolute best to accommodate your event!
Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to the balloons we currently have in stock.
Your balloon order total will be due up front and may be subject to a rush fee.
My event is less than a week away, can you help?
We do not return to breakdown your balloons unless there were prior arrangements made. There is an additional fee for us to strike and dispose of the balloons.
Do you come back and take down the balloons?
Luxe Balloons Prosper is located in Prosper, Texas and serves the Dallas area.
We deliver within a 25 mile radius of 75078. Deliveries 10+ miles will be charged a delivery fee.
what areas do you serve?
We only use the highest quality balloons and materials however, some may pop or deflate sooner than we anticipate. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up.
Typically, outdoor balloons have a life expectancy of 1-2 days while indoor balloons have a life expectancy of 4+ weeks. (no guarantees)
